We found HotSprings on the internet when we started searching for details of hot-tubs.  We had decided on a hot tub as part of the extra living space we wanted to create, but knew nothing about them.  We discovered that the Little Eaton showroom was closest and called in one Saturday.Carla and Anita were pleased to show us the range and suggested the only way to see what they were like was to try them out.  There seemed something delightfully silly about having a dip in the middle of a garden centre so were back at 10 the following morning.  Our son (14) refused to be seen anywhere near but our daughter (12) was keen to join in so the three of us happily traipsed about in bathrobes much to the amusement of other shoppers.  The chance to explore confirmed that we should be outside rather than inside (a decision we were struggling with) and we opted for an Envoy because of the duo massage facility and because it was luxuriantly big. HotSprings were flexible about delivery to enable us to take advantage of the offers available and provided plenty of information about installation requirements to make things easy for our builders.  The installation team got us going very quickly and despite the fact that the deck wasn't finished we rapidly became a popular destination. The deck is now complete and the hot tub is subtly part-submerged making it seem an integral part of the design, and thus deceptively smaller than it really is.  We use it day and night and doubt very much the novelty will wear off.  Particularly beautiful is the early morning because the hot tub is on the east side of the house, allowing a surreal and relaxing outdoor bath while looking out over the fresh new day in the garden! We investigated a number of suppliers at the outset, but were reassured by the initial details from the internet and then the enthusiastic, confident approach from Carla and Anita.  That view has been reinforced when a minor repair was needed and fixed within days so in all respects we would recommend HotSpring Spas - and Little Eaton if you can get there.
